The construction and execution of the final landscape design can be overwhelming. Let us be your liaison and advocate for your interests throughout the process. Assisting in bid procurement and analysis, communicating with the selected project team, and ensuring accuracy are all integral parts of this service. As a third party liaison, we will be able to ensure the successful installation of your landscape as it was intended, help to maximize efficiency in the process, and make sure you are getting the best value possible.

OUR PROCESS

Consultation
A discovery phase where we will learn all about you, your dreams and goals for your project, and budget. Proposal for our design services will be sent and fine tuned accordingly based on the scope of work.

Analysis
Thorough analysis of the project site, goals, and potential challenges are assessed. Detailed measurements, HOA, City and Zoning requirements, and any other material details are established.

Design Drawing Board
Using all information garnered in the consultation and analysis phases, the design team creates a preliminary concept to present to the client for collaboration. A overarching theme and style is established.

Finalization
Edits are made and the design is finalized based on feedback from the clients and third party consultants. Materials, appliances, and plant palettes are selected. Construction liaison services begin with bid procurement.
