Ocean Mist

This coastal home packs a punch in a small amount of outdoor space. Koheid selected a plant palette that reflected the transitional nature of the architecture, and custom designed a gate that was both design-forward and secure. A second story deck with heaters allows for year round enjoyment of the space, while enjoying the ocean breeze.
