A project near and dear to our hearts, this Eastside Costa Mesa charmer received a complete renovation and overhaul for a growing family. A special emphasis was made on the indoor - outdoor flow of the property, and the plant palette celebrates California native plants in an architecturally bold manner. A raised garden bed is accessible through a glass breezeway, connecting the backyard to the side yard that was previously a grass pad. The outdoor living space includes a custom large buffet with waterproof storage cabinets, outdoor tv, Snorkel hot tub, and fire pit, all connected by wood decking that serves a double purpose as outdoor seating during parties.
